That two weeks felt like the longest two weeks of my life!
I totally did not know we were leaving Sunday morning for Rome (I thought we were leaving Monday) so I had to pack and get to the airport in a major hurry. Never a fun thing to do when you will be traveling for two weeks! But I made it. In record time, haha.
So I went to Rome for "class" for a week. I cannot believe how much we saw the first day! It was so exciting, but SO exhausting. DIS needs to learn how to take it down a notch. I always feel like we're in a race when we go on our study tours! Lizzy met up with me in Rome and we spent an extra three days there.
Then we left, at 4am in the morning, for Paris! We went to Disney as soon as we got there. It was SUPER small compared to Disney World, but still cute and adorable! It was also decorated for Christmas so I was really excited!!! After that we met up with Emma back at the hostel and got some food. We did the usual touristy things in Paris, including seeing Moulin Rouge (well, the sign at least).
Next all three of us went to Berlin! I think I liked Berlin the most. We did a ton of tourist stuff the first day and did some shopping. Our hostel was fantastic! There was even a bar with lots of loud, drunk, Englishmen watching football.
This morning/last night we took a bus back to Copenhagen. I'm so glad to be back. That trip made me realize how glad I am I studied abroad here and not somewhere else. But I did get tan in Italy, so I can't say I did not enjoy the warm sunny weather.
