I totally forgot about this for a brief moment, haha. Friday was super busy. I had my first Rome class and then design right after. I didn't get done with design until an hour later than usual, and then I met up with Lizzy and Emma! We're planning our trip to Paris! Oh la la!
So the rough plan is, Lizzy and I will be in Rome for two days. Then we'll go to Paris and go to Disney for a day (why would I ever pass up the chance to go to Disney??). Then we'll meet up with Emma the next day and spend about 3 days in Paris, then we're going to Berlin! We'll be there for a few days and then we'll head home. Awesome study break! I'm so pumped for this. I'm honestly mostly excited about Disney which is horrible because I'm going to see amazing pieces of architectural history... but it's just not the same feeling hahaha
I went on a boat tour with Lizzy yesterday FINALLY! It was actually quite relaxing and there were still a few things I didn't know. I saw the little mermaid statue and got to see the Queen's yacht! So fancy. Then we walked around the city with my amazing navigational skills, haha. And no, we didn't get lost! Win for me! I bought my host mom a pretty vase I found and these cute flowers. I've never seen flowers like them before so I had to get them!
Oh by the way, the election happened. And the winner is... the red team! Yes, that's right. We now have a woman prime minister (hey U.S., it's time to get with the program, hint hint!). It is also a liberal democracy now, previously it was a more conservative democracy.
I finished reading Wicked last week. I fininshed Son of a Witch the other night, and now I'm onto A Lion Among Men... Then I'm out of books..... I really didn't think I would read them this fast! So I'll have to come up with some other method of putting myself to sleep... May
So, that's about it! I'm going to Legoland this coming weekend and I'm pretty excited about that! It's kind of like a Disney excited, to put it in perspective haha.
