"Once We Accept Our Limits, We Go Beyond Them." Albert Einstein
Upon entering college I jumped inside of a box, unable to reach any opportunities and experiences that may be lurking. No matter how hard I tried, I could not find a way to get outside of this box. An amazing woman then told me a secret that changed my life; you create the box. I decided put my heart into everything I do, even if that meant feeling vulnerable. I began learning so much more about myself personally and professionally.
Everyday I am searching for new opportunities and experiences to continue learning about design, architecture, and the world. My goal as a professional is to immerse myself as much as possible in order to open up opportunities that may be lurking.
I am a recent graduate from Philadelphia University with a degree in Architecture and a minor in Construction Management. I also have interests in graphic design, traveling, and poverty relief. Currently I am working as an Americorps VISTA with Habitat for Humanity of Philadelphia. Service is a big part of my life and has led me to take on a "gap year" as an AmeriCorps VISTA with Habitat for Humanity Philadelphia. As an AmeriCorps VISTA I strive to increase capacity and develop systems to reach a larger goal; breaking the cycle of poverty.
